They were actually better than the first but still not fresh. I caught the waiter's attention after some (too much) time and told him the fries were ice cold when they arrived and he shrugged really nonchalantly and said 'Yeah, that happens.' (Like it was a normal occurrence and no big deal.) I told him I was sorry but couldn't eat them and was going to just ask if he could adjust them off the ticket since I was already halfway done with my sandwich, but then he said 'You want me to get you some different ones?' I told him that was fine, and again some time later he brought out a basket of lukewarm fries.

I'm not a picky eater at all, but these were really bad, like they had been cooked several hours before. All of the food was cold when brought to the table, hubby enjoyed the wings regardless, but I couldn't eat the ice cold fries. Never once asked how our food was, didn't check on us, only asked if hubby wanted another beer, water, or something else, the response was water, and 10 minutes later he brought out a beer. It felt like we were an afterthought the entire time we were there and he kept looking over our heads (at what, we don't know) and strolled right past us over and over, even though the place was fairly empty. It was such a disappointment! The host at the door was super friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. My hubby suggested we eat a late lunch there to try it. This was my first time ever at a Buffalo Wild Wings.
